Good times had by all

It was a very eventful end of May. My cousin and sister were in town, the weather was definitly unseasonal and we did a lot of fun stuff as a family (definitly tried to enjoy it like the summer weather was here).

First things first... RUM and PIRATES!
My husband must understand one simple fact: If he says he wants a party.... I will give him a party. I realize most guys would be content with alcohol and a movie/ video games, but I believe there must be more then that. I might have went a "little" over-the-top with this party but the tiki tourches, colorful paper lights, pinapple cups, wings, shish kabobs and drink menu was indeed a hit! :)
The first shot of rum on this fine day

Love the after face!

This was only the beginning....

The set up.

The garage... i mean "Club Pirate" or "Tiki Bar and lounge" eh, we will think of the name later :)

Our official Shish Kabob port for make your own fruit kabobs!

Mike and Maria enjoying the first Pirates movie

Yeah, I made the pineapple cups! Not too bad for the first time :)

However... there were some that leaked. Dan will burn anything for any reason :)

Party lights!

Posing in the luscious green grass!

This picture is so cute, hands down my favorite of the night!

Blurry times had by all :)

FIRE!

Our multi-colored Tiki torches! Pretty sweet!

We decorated the driveway with our leftover glow sticks from our wedding :)

Chillin

Last Sunday, it was so hot out, I bought Tahlia a little pool. She loves to swim. On Thursday, we got Tahlia's 18mo pictures taken at Sears and had an amazing lunch at gramma's.

She loves to splash herself

"Hand mama. Hand!"

She liked putting the grass in the pool :)
